How fresh are the numbers really?
Operational tiles (utilisation, exceptions, inbox) refresh every few minutes — straight from the live database, no nightly batch. Financial figures refresh hourly so a Pflegekassen-Abrechnung in flight doesn't move beneath your feet.
Can we export the numbers into Excel or DATEV?
Yes. Every tile has a CSV export, and the built-in connectors for DATEV and Lexware deliver booking entries in the format your Steuerberater expects.
Do you compare us with other care providers?
No. We don't share your data — not even aggregated for benchmarks. When you need an industry figure, we pull it from public sources (Bundes-IK-Verzeichnis, Pflegekassen-Statistik) — never from other customers' accounts.
What does "Forecast" mean — is that an AI prediction?
Forecast is a projection of your current tours plus current sick/vacation states. Not a black-box prediction — every figure comes with the underlying assumption, so you can see what changes if a tour drops out.
