You pay per active client. Active means at least one visit took place this month. Inactive clients are not billed.

How long is the contract term?

You choose monthly or annual. With monthly billing you can cancel at the end of the month. With annual billing you can cancel at the end of the term. There is no two-year minimum and no automatic renewal into a second year. Every clause is in this contract.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get a full data export as CSV plus a PDF archive of signed documents. We delete your data 30 days after contract end unless you say otherwise. Until then you can return without data loss.

Can I export data without cancelling?

Any time. Clients, helpers, tours, Leistungsnachweise, invoices — as CSV, as PDF, as JSON via the API. Your data belongs to you, not us.

Are prices net or gross?

All prices on this page are net, plus 19 % statutory VAT. Billing is based on active clients, not on the number of helpers. Example: Starter with 80 active clients (annual) = €96.00 net / month = €114.24 gross / month.

How does the 40 % Pflegekasse subsidy work?

§ 8 (8) SGB XI funds digital applications for recognised care providers up to 40 % of cost, max €12,000 one-time. § 45a SGB XI providers are eligible. We hand you the application paperwork pre-filled — you submit it to your Pflegekasse. The programme runs through 31 December 2030.

What counts as an "active client" in billing?

Any client with at least one completed visit in the billing month. Planned-but-not-completed and cancelled visits don't count. Clients without a visit that month cost nothing — you never have to delete or pause anyone. Helpers, dispatchers, and office staff are unlimited and free on every tier.

Where is my data hosted?

Hetzner Online GmbH, data centres in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. Both ISO-27001 certified. Data-processing agreement ready to sign, EU subprocessors named. Backups never leave Germany.

What does support look like?

Starter and Pro: email support, next-business-day reply. Max: a dedicated point of contact, available by phone 8am–6pm Mon–Fri, guaranteed 4-hour response. Across all tiers, your questions are answered by a person on the team that builds Aldor.
