Frequent questions.

Can we bring over our existing client data?
Yes. During setup we import your clients from an Excel list or an export from your previous software — Stammdaten, Pflegegrad and Pflegekasse are in the Akte from day one.
Does this work with our existing email address?
Yes. You either use an email address on the Aldor mail domain or connect your existing mailbox at Gmail or Microsoft 365. Correspondence lands in the right record without giving up the address you already use.
Is there a limit on the number of clients?
No. Only clients with at least one visit in the month are billed — adding, pausing or archiving clients costs nothing.
Do all locations see the same clients, or is that kept separate?
This follows role and Standort assignment. A Helfer or dispatcher sees only the clients of their assigned Standort; the owner sees every Standort together — with a filter to focus on just one.
Which data is encrypted?

Client names, addresses, phone numbers, Pflegegrade, notes, signatures. Before they hit disk, with AES-256, per column.

Can family members see the Akte too?
Through the Kundenportal, yes — with their own login and a view scoped to their Vollmacht. Without the Kundenportal, the Akte stays internal to your team.
