Frequent questions.

Does this work with our existing email address?
Yes. Aldor sits as a relay in front of your mail domain — incoming mail lands automatically in the right record, outgoing mail leaves your server signed with DKIM, SPF and DMARC. Clients and family see no change in the sender address.
How does WhatsApp end up in the record without us writing privately?
Through a WhatsApp Business account that belongs to the organisation. Disponent and Helfer reply from inside Aldor — private phone numbers stay private, and when a Helfer leaves, the chat history stays in the record.
Can family members see what's in the inbox?
Only what they wrote themselves — through their customer portal. Internal notes, mail to the Pflegekasse, and Helfer-to-Helfer messages stay invisible.
What happens to old mail in Outlook?
We import a mailbox during onboarding — threads get matched to clients, attachments move into the document tray. Outlook stays usable alongside Aldor for as long as you want.
