How do we see which Helfer has which qualification?
Qualifications, training records and expiry dates sit on each Helfer profile. The Dispo board only shows Helfer who are qualified for the client in question — and warns before a certificate expires.
How does a sick Helfer get redistributed?
One click on "krank" marks all of the day's tours as open. Aldor proposes nearby available Helfer, ranked by qualification, workload and distance — you take the suggestion or override it.
Do Helfer have to share their private number with the team?
No. The Helfer app has an organisation-internal chat and VoIP call. Private phones stay private. Calls to clients show your organisation's hotline number, not the Helfer's.
What happens when a Helfer leaves?
You deactivate the account, access ends immediately. Notes, tour history and chat transcripts stay in the record — successor onboarding without a ten-minute briefing per client.
