How do I sign in to the Helfer-App?

With the email address and password your organisation created for you — the same credentials you use in the browser at aldor.ai. There's no separate sign-up in the app. If you don't have credentials yet, ask the scheduling team at your organisation.

I forgot my password — what now?

Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email with a reset link. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or write to us at info@aldor.ai.

Why does the app ask for my location?

The Helfer-App uses your location only to show visits near you and to calculate routes. Location is captured only while you're actively using the app — never in the background. You can revoke the permission anytime in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. You can view visits and record services with a signature even without signal. As soon as your device is back online, the data syncs automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Your Aldor account belongs to your organisation. Write to us at info@aldor.ai or contact your organisation — we'll delete your personal account and the data linked to it within 30 days, unless statutory retention periods apply.

How do I get my data?

Owners and organisations can export their data as CSV or JSON anytime. For individual access or deletion requests under the GDPR, write to info@aldor.ai — we reply within 14 days.
