What Helfer want to know

Four questions from daily use of the app.

Does the app work without network?
Yes. The schedule, Leistungsnachweise and notes save locally and sync when the phone gets a signal back. In a basement, in a lift, in a rural blackspot — the app stays usable.
Does the Helfer have to give the client their private number?
No. Calls to clients go through your organisation's hotline number — the Helfer dials from the record, the private number is never shared. Inbound family calls also land at your hotline, not the Helfer.
How is the app installed?
A link by SMS, magic-link login, done — no App Store account required. We ship as a Progressive Web App that behaves like a native one and lives on the home screen.
Do we need to manage company phones?
Not necessarily. Aldor supports MDM solutions, but also works on private devices — with Device Attestation, so access to client data is bound to a verified install. When a Helfer leaves, access gets revoked server-side.
