A substitute in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes.

Reschedule without the back-and-forth.

Families reach out by email, not via Excel. Aldor recognises the request in the inbox, maps it to the Klient and proposes a new slot — same Helfer where possible, no manual re-sorting of the weekly plan.

What Disponenten ask first

Frequent questions.

How does Aldor prevent double-booking?
Through Postgres exclusion constraints at the database level — even if two Disponenten save at the same time, the database rejects the second booking with a clear error. Double-booking is not a state that can exist.
Can we plan tours with several Helfer?
Yes. Multi-Helfer tours with lead and accompaniment, with or without shared driving — the Helfer app syncs both Helfer on the same tour, time records run per person.
How do recurring shifts work?
You define a pattern ("Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00 at Frau Müller") and Aldor generates the visits across the planning horizon — vacations and holidays are respected. Changes only apply going forward; past visits stay untouched.
Can we also assign vehicles?
Yes. Vehicle assignments with time slots plan alongside the tour, logbook entries appear automatically. Conflicts (two tours, one car, same slot) are blocked by the same exclusion constraint as double-bookings.
